You’ve GOT to go with Jennifer! We personally were from out of town, and Jennifer offered us an itinerary to get to know the whole area around Nashville, and she even has recommendations for food and entertainment in every town in middle Tennessee! (Just where the trust begins) We first found her from her YouTube channel called: “I am From Tennessee” which was our go to when browsing and learning about the area before visiting. In our favorite video she discussed her goal to find people the right community for them to eventually call home, as opposed to just selling them a house. She really does that! Jennifer says that usually once she gets to know you a bit and sees what homes you were searching up, she will end up finding you the home you love before you can even find it yourself! lol well she did that for us! She had only taken us to two homes which we asked to see after finding them on Zillow and next thing you know after just 2 days she says okay now let’s go see this one, and BOOM! that was the home for us! (So I say Jennifer reminds me of that little game 20 Questions that figures out what you’re thinking in no time at all) If you’re from out of state looking for real estate in middle Tennessee, there’s a reason you are looking in this area. So don’t go with just any agent, go with someone who understands why you’re moving and cares to tailor your experience and place you in the community you didn’t even know was the one you were looking for!
